On the 14th of December 2025, Crestar Education Group (CEG) celebrated the grand opening of TG International School (TGIS), its first K-12 campus in the heart of Phnom Penh. This 700 capacity campus in Toul Kork is equipped with facilities including a technology hub, science labs, and an indoor sports gymnasium.
The grand opening ceremony was graced by esteemed guests including Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Ms. Bernice Seow, Second Secretary (Political), Singapore Embassy, and Her Royal Highness Princess Norodom Rattana Devi.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Robert Leong, Group Chief Operating Officer of Crestar Education Group, expressed with delight, “Our newly launched TGIS, and our second Kinderland International Preschool is in TK district, with the first Kinderland being at TTP district. This represents our strong commitment to the Cambodian community and its future generations.”
Another highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between I.S.E Education Co. with renowned Singapore-based educational institutes, Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and KLC International Institute (KLC).
These partnerships will offer students additional options into Foundation and Diploma Programmes in Management & Business with SIM’s partner universities, following their completion of Grade 10. Additionally, TGIS will be the only partner in Cambodia to offer KLC’s International Chinese Early Childhood Teacher Training Programmes.
Mr. Wang Junyong, Managing Director of TGIS, emphasised, “These strategic partnerships are crucial for TGIS to create pathways into excellent higher education in Cambodia, Singapore and globally.”
With over 120 centres across eight Asia-Pacific countries, Crestar Education Group is poised for further expansion, targeting emerging markets in the near future. The grand opening of TG International School marks a significant step in CEG’s mission to provide educational opportunities across the region.
