Job Description

  • Provide network analyst, which involve network requirements, design, implementation , management, operation, and refresh existing network
  • Provide software application installation, application training and support end-users requirements including helpdesk
  • Make recommendations on network enhancements for optimization based on best practices. Strong project management skills with effective results focus
  • Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills within an information systems environment
  • Experience in the developing documentation , policies, implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes and supporting users in UAT


  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Network, LAN, WAN, VPN deployment and software application support
  • At lease Diploma / Degree on Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Can work on high-impact, high-pressure day-to-day network support issues, monitoring performance, ensure network availability
  • Must take ownership issues, provide the resolution to ta problem and document the resolution procedures
  • Must be able to work on weekends, or late after work hours due to setup, deployment and configuration of network equipment
  • Own good interpersonal and excellent communication skills

HSK Centre (Crestar) was established by the Crestar Education Group in May 2003 to promote and administer the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) Test and Youth Chinese Test (YCT) in Singapore. The tests are designed by Hanban (Chinese Language Council International), China’s Chinese language authority which allows overseas students to benchmark their Chinese language proficiency for self-improvement, study opportunities in China and career enhancement. Apart from promoting the tests, HSK Centre (Crestar) also conducts HSK teacher training courses, administers scholarships, and facilitates exchange programmes with leading universities and business organisations in China for Chinese language teachers and students. HSK Centre (Crestar) has won the coveted “Outstanding Overseas Test Centre for Chinese Language” award for 3 consecutive years from Hanban.


  • Responsible for promotion and implementation of HSK/ YCT/Teachers Test
  • To assist in updating and maintaining the HSK website
  • Responsible for promotion and implementation of short-term courses.
  • Responsible for Confucius Classroom@ Crestar promotion and implementation
  • To collect and update records of Market objects/competitor’s/Candidates information
  • To achieve enrolment target and revenue target for HSK  courses
  • To assist in the development of the Malaysian market
  • To assist HSK/ YCT examination and other ad-hoc duties


  • Diploma above with any major
  • Preferably with more than 2 years of experience in education  product marketing
  • With confidence and enthusiasm on Chinese culture promotion
  • Great team spirit and must be a team player

Work Location :  No 587, Upper Serangoon Road, Crestar Building, Singapore 534564
Working Hours : 8.30am – 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Positions Available (Early Childhood)

Deliver quality program to foster holistic learning and development of preschoolers / provide infants with a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.

You will need to possess a Diploma in Teaching / Certificate in Infant & Toddler Care & Development and be fluent in both written and oral communication.

Positions Available (Enrichment)

  • At least a Diploma in English/ Drama or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching Speech and Drama to preschool children;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Creative, dynamic and experimental in teaching style;
  • Able to communicate effectively and establish good rapport with students;
  • Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility and strong work ethics.


  • Diploma / GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service / sales
  • Able to converse well in English & Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality & disposition Pro-active and well-organized individual
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • 5 day rotating work week, including weekends
  • Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
