Bringing Accessible, Quality Preschool Education Closer to Families at Bishan Ridges

Launched as a Build-To-Order (BTO) project in November 2020 and completed in 2026, Bishan Ridges comprises more than 1,500 homes across six residential blocks. The new preschool at Block 533 Bishan Street 14 serves this growing community, providing places for up to 230 children and 60 infants.

Operated by Skool4Kidz, an early childhood education brand under Crestar Education Group (CEG), the centre is part of the Early Childhood Development Agency’s (ECDA) Anchor Operator Scheme (AOP). The scheme aims to make quality preschool education more affordable and accessible, supporting families through regulated fee caps and government subsidies for eligible children.

Having a preschool within the development makes daily routines more convenient for parents, reducing the need for longer journeys while allowing young children to learn and grow close to home.

Families also benefit from the neighbourhood’s amenities, including Bishan MRT station, Bishan Bus Interchange, Junction 8 and Bishan Public Library. Nearby Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and Kallang Park Connector provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and family bonding.
