The 9th Skool4Kidz preschool centre at Block 807C Ping Yi Greens in Chai Chee Road was officially opened by Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Minister for Social and Family Development, on 3 December 2016.
The Minister, who is also the Adviser to Marine Parade GRC grassroots organisations, signed on a commemorative plaque and toured the four different bays for Infants and Playgroup, Nursery and Kindergarten children. He was accompanied by Skool4Kidz Directors Mr Robert Leong and Dr Jane Ching-Kwan, and Operations Director Mr Timothy Chan, and centre Principal Ms Diana Elizabeth. Grassroots leaders and representatives from the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), Skool4Kidz Management team, parents, children and residents were also present that day.
The opening ceremony was followed by an Open House for the residents in the neighbourhood.
Skool4Kidz Ping Yi Greens, which began operation on 1 June 2016, has the capacity for 117 infant and child care places for residents in the area.
Minister Tan Chuan-Jin penned his well wishes for Skool4Kidz Ping Yi Greens on the opening plaque.

That morning was also an opportunity for the children and their family members to meet with Minister Tan.
