All the 54 KLCII students who had completed the highest level (modules 5.1 and 5.2) of the WSQ-Chinese Workplace Literacy (CWPL) programme early this year also passed the globally-recognised oral Mandarin proficiency test, Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC), conducted on 25 July 2015.
